You'll need to unzip the file(s) you download using an unzipping program. Both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS can unzip files without needing additional software.

Each set contains:
- Templates for PowerPoint with font and custom color settings - extension POTX files.
- Actual backgrounds for use in PowerPoint or any other application - extension JPG/PNG.
- Actual presentations created in PowerPoint with the templates applied - extension PPTX files.
Note: POTX and PPTX files work with PowerPoint 2007 for Windows, PowerPoint 2008 for Macintosh, and newer versions until PowerPoint 365 as well.
